My husband and I were blessed with the most wonderful joint birthday present. A night at the Le Meridian Stoneleigh Hotel in near downtown Dallas. We took off work at noon, ate lunch, upgraded my dying phone, then headed off for a relaxing 24 hours.
We enjoyed taking a long walk in the area around the hotel.
We enjoyed eating at the hotel restaurant, Graze.
I was so impressed by the size and beauty of the bathroom. (I know, I’m weird.)
We relaxed in the lobby while waiting for our lunch dates, Tim & Jeanne.
We rode the trolley to the West End.
And of course, I had to take a selfie of me and Jeanne.
And then back to the hotel to gather our things and head home.
We are so very thankful for a wonderful 24 hours of pampering and relaxation. It does a person good…physically and mentally to just get away and do nothing! LOVED it!
